亲爱的诗人们，
给人类一切非公开承认的立法者最衷心的问候。这份邀请函是此次诗选项目的一部分。
人们常常会发现，在世界诗歌痛苦的境遇下，诗歌产生希望；它把遗憾和恐惧蜕变为令人愉快的东西，给人极大愉悦。矛盾和诗歌语言之间存在明显的关联。在很大程度上，诗歌似乎常常使用、依赖于矛盾修辞法、悖论和矛盾的语言。因此，我们试图组织编纂一部选集，来展现诗歌和矛盾之间这种令人费解的化学反应。
我们计划先（在www.mutemelodist.com）在线发布此诗选，如果有需求，可以用国际书号ISBN，出版纸质书。现将这份邀请函发给全球所有热爱诗歌的人。诗歌激情和创作水准是这本选集唯一的评判标准，我们不收取任何人的出版费；我们也不会向任何人付稿费。

CALL FOR POEMS: PARADOX/OXYMORON AS THE LANGUAGE OF POETRY
Dear fellow poets,
Hearty greetings to all the unacknowledged legislators of mankind. This is an invitation for you all to be part of a poetry anthology project.
It has often been observed that in the world of poetry painful situations yield pleasure; pity and fear transmute into something delightful and immensely enjoyable. There is an obvious connection between the language of poetry and contradiction. Poetry often seems to use a language that relies heavily on oxymora, paradoxes and contradictions. Hence this attempt to anthologize this puzzling chemistry between poetry and paradox.
We plan to publish this anthology online (at www.mutemelodist.com) initially and if required publish it as a book with ISBN. Poems are invited from anyone all over the world passionate about poetry. With passion as the only criterion, we don’t charge anyone for publishing; nor will we pay anyone.

The email should contain a covering letter and the following details as an attached word document:
1. Your poem with title. Font: Times New Roman. Font Size: 12
2. A brief bio note (300 words maximum), name, address and email
A committee consisting of eminent academicians will screen the poems and the authors will be intimated regarding the selection/omission of their poems by 20th April 2016.
The authors will retain their copyright, but they shall acknowledge that we are free to publish the poems online at no cost and without any other obligation on our part than to publish the poems selected by the Committee.
