为了加强中国优秀诗歌的对外翻译与国际化推广,进一步繁荣国际诗歌的多语种创作，推动中西方诗人优秀诗歌的互译、互动、传播与交流，为中国诗人和世界诗人搭建良好的世界诗歌交流桥梁，促进现当代中外诗歌的翻译与研究，向全世界展现伟大的中国新诗艺术，苏菲国际翻译出版社、苏菲国际出版传媒、《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉双语）杂志社决定联合编辑出版一套《苏菲世界诗歌翻译书库》诗人诗歌集（双语对照），计划在三十年时间内（2018-2048），编辑出版各国重要诗人的个人诗集500-1000部。
为了确保《苏菲世界诗歌翻译书库》（双语对照）的整体艺术质量，现面向世界各国诗人公开征稿。具体事宜如下：
一、《苏菲世界诗歌翻译书库》诗人诗歌集（双语对照）由翻译家苏菲SophyChen独立翻译完成。翻译作品需要诗人亲自签订合同授权翻译出版，不签订授权翻译合同的作品一律不翻译。
二、举凡各国有影响、有成就、有实力的诗人，不论国籍、语种、民族、宗教信仰、性别、年龄，均可来稿。作品要求现代诗歌，长诗、组诗、短诗、散文诗均可，视角新颖，语言精练，有独到的艺术风格与创新，总行数不限。
三、《苏菲世界诗歌翻译书库》诗人诗歌集（双语对照）以自费形式出版，诗歌翻译费、印刷费和邮寄费由作者自行筹集。(香港)苏菲国际翻译出版社独立国际书号，一书一号，独立出版，全球发行。
四、《苏菲世界诗歌翻译书库》诗人诗歌集统一设计、统一制作、统一定价、统一出版。图书尺寸个性化设计、每部诗集页码自由伸缩、总行数灵活增减，封面为300g铜版彩印，环衬为200g白卡，内页为80g轻型纸印刷，诗集前勒口置有作者简介（双语对照）和彩色近照一帧。诗集后勒口置有译者简介（双语对照）和彩色近照一帧。印数不限，版次不限，定价灵活。
五、每一部《苏菲世界诗歌翻译书库》诗人诗歌集出版后，将随《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉）国际期刊，寄赠联合国图书馆、联合国教科文组织、世界重要国家国会图书馆、世界重要文学报刊、世界著名大学图书馆、世界知名文学研究专家、诺贝尔文学奖评审委员会等，并利用翻译家苏菲在海内外的知名度，积极参加国内外各类重大诗歌奖、诗集奖、翻译奖等。
六、《苏菲世界诗歌翻译书库》诗人诗歌集的出版宣传推广，将制定切实可行的全球推广计划，全球同步播报。现公布部分苏菲英译出版的全球推广计划如下：

In order to strengthen the foreign translation and internationalization of Chinese excellent poetry,further flourish the multilingual creation of international poetry, promote the translation, interaction, communication and exchange of excellent modern poetry between Chinese and western poets, build a good world poetry exchange bridge for Chinese poets and world poets, promote the translation and research of contemporary poetry, and show the great poetry art to the world, Sophy International Translation Publishing House, Sophy International Publishing Media, Sophy Poetry & Translation (E-C) magazine have decided to jointly edit and publish a set of poetry collections of Sophy Chen World Poetry Translation Library (Bilingual). It has planned to edit and publish the various countries’ important poets’ poetry collections, 500-1000 books within 30 years (2018-2048).
In order to ensure the artistic quality of the Sophy Chen World Poetry Translation Library (Bilingual), it just releases a noice to the world poets. The specific matters are as follows:
1). Poetry Collection Series of Sophy Chen World Poetry Translation Library(Bilingual) will be translated by translator Sophy Chen. The translation works require the poet to sign the contract to authorize the translation and publication, and the works that do not sign the authorized translation contract will not be translated.
2). Any poet who has influence, achievements, and strength in all countries, regardless of nationality, language, ethnicity, religious belief, gender, or age, can submit the manuscript. The modern poetry, modern long poems, modern group poems, modern short poems, and prose poems with new perspectives, refined language, and unique artistic style and innovation are required. The total lines are not limited.
3). Poetry Collection Series of Sophy Chen World Poetry Translation Library(Bilingual) will be published at author’s own expense, poetry translation fees, printing fees and postage fees will be payed by the author. HK Sophy International Translation Publishing House, Independent International Book Number, A Book with A Book Number, Independent Publishing, and global Distribution.
4). Poetry Collection Series of Sophy Chen World Poetry Translation Library(Bilingual) will be designed, producted, priced, and published in unity. Book size is personally designed,book pages are free to expand, lines are flexible increased and decreased, the cover is 300g copper plate color printing, the ring line is 200g white card, and the inner page is 80g light paper. Front book gate-folding has the author’s profile (Bilingual) and a color image. Back book gate-folding has the translator’s profile (bilingual) and a color image. The number of prints and the edition are not limited and the pricing is flexible.
5). After the publication, it will be sent to the UN Library, UNESCO, the World Important Countries’ Libraries, the World’s Most Important Journals, the World Famous University Libraries, and the World Famous Universities. Literary research experts, Nobel Prize in Literature, and so on with Sophy Poetry & Translation (C-E) Magazine. With the popularity of the translator Sophy Chen at home and abroad, the books will be actively sent to various major poetry awards, poetry collection awards, and translation awards, etc.
6). A practical global promotion plan will be developed. Promotion and global synchronization broadcast of Poetry Collection Series of Sophy Chen World Poetry Translation Library(Bilingual).

About Sophy Chen
Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poet, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She graduated from English Institute of Xi’an Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation”(C-E) Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E), the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E), PENTASI B WORLD FEATURED POET 2018(E-E) and PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018(E-E).
She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014), The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015). She published an English poetry collection, Sophy English Sonnets, Tuberose (2018). She eidited and translated “Sophy Poetry & Translation” (C-E) Magazine. Sophy Chen is the Host-Organizer & Sponsor of CHINA WORLD POETREE FESTIVAL 2019, PENTASI B World Fellowship, Mainland China, 2019.
