痛苦是上帝安排的，因为你是亚当的女人。

翻遍整个人类史，
你的身子透着微光。

美，裸露着。不要害怕生给死带来的
恐惧。

这一刻，你是伟大的，
幸福的女人！

1.Life

In this way, I’ve understood the beauty of life
Pain is arranged by God because you are the woman of Adam

Looking through all history of mankind
Your body is shimmering

With bare beauty. Don’t be afraid that life brings fear
To death

At this moment, you are a great
And happy woman

2.命 运

我的灵魂掉进了
一口井的深渊。

我看见一颗柔软的心被井水淹埋。
我常常把一颗破碎了的心，
关进孤独的屋子。把诗的文字装进
没有人能读懂的世界！

只有我的诗如我死之后，
一座孤灯方能读懂我虔诚的心灵？

诗歌的器官在一张纸上
魂不守舍的哭泣。
确切的说：“诗人是在对着神哭泣！”
天堂是诗人的栖息地，
那里有神的旨意……

我对着诗歌说着生活。
诗歌对着神说着童话。

2.Fate

My soul fell into
The abyss of a well

I saw a soft heart buried in the water of well
I often close a broken heart
Into a lonely house and put the text of the poems
Into the world that no one can read

Only my poems are like a lonely lamp
After I died that can read my devout heart

Organs of poems on a piece of paper
Are crying out of my mind
To be exact: “The poet is crying at God!”
Heaven is the habitat of the poet
There is the will of God…

I am talking about life in poems
The poems tell the fairy tale to God

3.光 斑

光，倾斜成多米诺骨牌，
多像一排排玉米被剔下最后的茎秆。

聆听 聆听阳光一截一截的倾斜，
时间会停留在光的隧道吗?

阳光折射，倾斜。
谁能留得住阳光斑点？
天空无能、云彩无能、鸟儿更是无能！

3.Sun Spots

Light tilted into dominoes
It more likes rows of corn stalks removed at last

Listening, listening to the sun slanting in blocks
Will the time stay in the tunnel of light

Sunlight refracts and tilts
Who can keep the sun spots
The sky can not, the clouds can not, and the birds can not

4.裂 痕

“万物皆有裂痕，结束是另一种开始。”

在一幅画上描绘生活，
从色彩的性格开始。

“Everything has its cracks, and the end is another beginning”

5.匍 匐

匍匐
是另一种——
仰望星空的姿态，
比拥抱柔软，
比亲吻真实。

是你一生的诺言，

我愿做土地上的
一只蚂蚁，
匍匐在你

梦中吻过的白云。

5.Creep

Creep
Is another…
Gesture to look up at the starry sky
It is softer than hugs
It is more true than kisses

If
My devotion
Is your promise for life
Then
I am willing to be an ant
On the land
And creep
…
On the white clouds that you’ve kissed in your dreams

6.束 缚

它们无法看见
鹰在天空飞翔的姿态。

7.虚 无

7.Nothingness

It is intertwined with restraint, contradiction and absurdity
Life is celebrating in despair

Having another jogging again
My undead soul reveled in the immortality turns my past and present
Like a waterwheel

My body is borrowed from God

My time is nothing like the light of climbing…

A leaning tower that never fails to build

8.忧 郁

所以，我得把心埋进尘世，
——半个身子的距离，

8.Melancholy

So, I have to bury my heart in the mortal life
—the distance of my half body
In this way, my heart can settle down
Perhaps, with the weight of life
People are no longer afraid of the arrival of so-called death

Melancholy, Dale Carnegie once said—
“To resist the inner weakness:
It must be based on a strong heart;
A good psychological quality as the leading factor;
And an ability to release confusion in the calm heart of the initial mind !”

9.怯 懦

饥饿,压迫着我的灵魂。
我要向你谈论我自己。
一张脸被圣灵修饰的夜晚，

9.Cowardice

Hunger is oppressing my soul
I want to talk to you about myself
In the night, a face is decorated with the Holy Spirit
A piece of Mass Divine Comedy flowed out of my body

I want to confess to you my fear and cowardice
In the cycle of death being summoned by time
The sun once again opened the God’s melancholy eyes

Stop, stop the humble trembling and cowardice of human!
The free God and a bird—are gazing
At each other

10.面 具

像蒙娜丽莎的眼，神情
变幻莫测——

It likes the eyes and look of Mona Lisa
Unpredictable—
A net that can’t be touched and seen

It is a pair of crystal shoes on the princess’s feet
It is the emperor’s new dress
Sometimes, it has learned to comfort itself
Sometimes, it fools itself

It is a fig leaf for people’s looks
It is a firewall that dignity is being exposed at this time
Who can attack it with a knife and bullets
It is very soft, like a spring

Those faces with explanations
In this world
Or calm or pretentious
Or lingering

This, the secret of the empty world
Is a confusing mourning
…
But a good reason
Why it is illusory, and heavy, without a word

11.废 墟

你们坍塌的瞬间，
石头和钢筋水泥相互纠缠。
——越来越像城里人。

灰尘成了女人的天敌，你们一动不动。
风的前面，一座座空房子，不知所措。

原谅我吧，在你们面前，我的思想是老去的废墟。

11.Ruins

The moment when you collapsed
Stones, steel and concrete entangle each other
— More and more like people in the city

Dust has become a natural enemy of women, you are motionless
In front of the wind, and an empty house, is at a loss

You are a kite

The direction moves in the flying
The line is always in the hands of people in authority

A bird is whimsical

13.缅 怀

瞬间燃成灰烬。
燃烧，燃烧！
那些没有过去 没有疼痛的人，
是无法感受到完美背后
时光燃烧出现裂缝的伤。

灰色染浸着生命的苍白，

13.Remember

Instantly it burned to ashes
Burning, burning!

14.Cherry Blossoms

In my hometown
I saw
You are in a foreign country—
Running in April

Your figure is like the grandiose snowflakes
And pieces of clouds

In the world of cherry blossoms
“See you” to make your eyeballs
Wide opened or flashing, shining the thirst for spring
In snow pink or red pink “things are clear in cherry blossoms at night”
In blazing sun like a fire

In a moonlight
Who contributed
His blooming youth

Tonight, the moonlight is shining
As white as ever
As warm as ever

15.秋 天

一张黛灰的天空，
如一幅搁浅的河流。
秋天，河流在纸墨上流淌。
诗人已在秋天死去。
鸟儿观赏花的季节已过，
它要去向何方？
守在季节的门槛，
你会聆听一阵风的到来吗，
谁能叩响世界的耳？
风的气息滑过万人的目光…..

15.Fall

A piece of black gray sky
Is likes a stranded river
In the fall, the river flows on paper and ink
The poet has died in the fall
The season for birds to watch flowers has passed
Where is it going
Staying on the threshold of the season
Will you listen to the arrival of a gust of wind
Who can ring the ears of the world
The breath of the wind slipped over the eyes of thousands of people…

16.雪 融

松林，小路。
大地上，晶银的寒冷。
一场天空早有预谋的开始，
雪是天空降临人间的天使，
用存在代替永恒。
雪融化成——水
真理！
残忍与爱。

16.Melt Snow

Pine forest and narrow road
On the earth, are cold in crystal silver
It is a premeditated beginning of the sky
Snow is the angel falling to earth from the sky
It uses existence instead of eternity

17.师 说

I am learning to draw you, lines, and light
Monotonous colors kiss on paper

You are, colorful, graffitied by people
But I lack the imagination of your beauty

A statue
Your lines are as delicate as Venus’s
Broken arms
Without describing of you, I am a poor woman

I love your existence in this way
You are gathered in the focus of my heart

18.黑 夜

夜晚有火的涂写，
那些死在夜晚的人，都不害怕夜的黑。

接近夜晚，
许多脚步朝着深邃的交界处走去。

夜晚随着时间的序曲，
悲歌往往从此时开始。

把每个人的名字都遗忘吧，
时间只记得时间的边缘。

18.Dark Night

There is a scribble of fire at night
Those who died at night are not afraid of the night

Close to the night
Many steps went towards the deep junction

Night passing by the overture of time

成果，伊人，原名成艳。2005年进行诗歌写作。近年涉足油画和音乐领域。作品散见于《星星》、《诗刊》、《新诗》、《绿风》、《山花》等全国各报刊杂志。多次荣获省内外诗歌大赛奖项。出版诗集《文字，内心挽留下来的光亮》。有部分作品被入选(中国优秀诗歌•2013卷)等选本。多次组织策划省内外各大型诗歌节并极力倡导现代诗歌朗诵活动。鲁迅文学院第二期少数民族文学创作班学员。贵州省作家协会会员。

About the Author
Chengguo, Yi Nationality, is formerly known as Chengyan. She started to write poetry in 2005. In recent years, she has been involved in oil painting and music. Her works are published in “Stars”, “Poetry”, “New Poetry”, “Green Wind”, “Mountain Flowers” and other newspapers and magazines in China. She has won many awards in poetry competition inside and outside of Guizhou province. She has published a collection, “Words, The Light That Is Left In The Heart.” Her some works have been selected in (Chinese Excellent Poetry • 2013 Volume) and other selections. She has planed and organized many large-scale poetry festivals inside and outside of Guizhou province and strongly advocated the modern poetry reading. She is one of the students, the second phase of the minority literature creation class of Lu Xun Literature College. She is a member of Guizhou Writers Association.

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poet, translator, and American English Legendary Poet. She graduated from English Institute of Xi’an Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She is the founder of Sophy Poetry & World Translation Website, Sophy Poetry & Translation(C-E) World Poetry Paper Magazine and Sophy International Translation Publishing House, the president of Sophy Chen World Poetry Museum, the founder of Sophy Chen World Poetry Award and the founder and leading lecturer of Sophy English Forum. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator”Award 2012(C-E), the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E), PENTASI B WORLD FEATURED POET 2018(E-E) and PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018(E-E).
