没有你，我无法生活
你不在身边
我只有靠强烈的思念维持着呼吸
不为自己，只为你保存生命

○ Love

I can’t live without you
You are not around
I only keep breathing by strong missing
Not for me, just saving my life for you

○残阳如血

是你，带给我的爱
让我一直坚守在怜悯的梦里
你在地球的另一面
向我的黎明泼来一片血
让我迷失，追逐一生

○The Setting Sun Is Like Blood

It is you, the love that you brought to me
Let me stay in the dream of compassion
You are on the other side of the earth
Splashing a screen of blood at my dawn
Let me get lost and chase in my life

○山丘

我的生命从这里出发
让用一身的力气向上爬
为更好的晒太阳看星星月亮
在高高的山丘上
我望见群山和许多的高山
我垂头丧气了
还好，太阳牵着我，星月拉着我
父老乡亲，兄弟姐妹
他们用羡慕的目光支撑着我
我才没有摔下山坡

○ Hill

My life starts from here
I climb up with my whole strength
For better sharing the sun and watching the stars and moon
On the top of high hill
I saw many mountains and many high mountains
I’m down in the dumps
Fortunately, the sun is holding me, and the moon is pulling me
My fellow countrymen, brothers and sisters
Support me with envious eyes
So I didn’t fall off the hillside

○失眠时把日子打开进去

失眠，是夜对我们虚张声势
围过来，把烦塞给我们
把心慌推进我们体内
越是想关闭心窗
我们在窗口就越透明

开灯，窗外像一瓶墨水
身子像倒出的一滴墨水
寻思着是写成一首诗
还是泼成一幅画

端起杯子，放进希望
倒入白炽灯光
饮进，内心的黑暗就被照亮

○ When You Are Wakeful Open The Day Into It

Sleeplessness, is the night bluffing
At us around, giving the trouble to us
Pushing the fluster into our body
The more I want to close my heart
The more we are transparent in the window

Turning on the light, it is like a bottle of ink outside the window
The body is like a drop of ink
I’m just thinking about writing a poem
Or splashing into a painting

Picking up the cup and putting hope in it
Pouring it into incandescent light
And drinking it, the inner darkness is illuminated

其实，我们一起来过
那时，我们或许还很小很小
还不懂得如何相爱，错过了缘分
所以，留给今天能够体会到的
除了累，就是痛苦
曾经的点滴欢乐仍在为记忆充饥

深秋，在纷飞落叶的时光里
我用老光眼分辨你走来的风韵
用笨拙拙的耳朵倾听你的心跳
真不容易啊，那些熟悉的青山绿水
还在等待你我，为甜美的回忆再创造
为灵魂的召唤，一同前行

○ Red Dust

In fact, we have been here together
At that time, we may still be very very young
Still didn’t know how to fall in love, missed the fate

The late autumn, is in the time of falling leaves
I distinguish the charm of your coming by presbyopia

你被我想念着
应该幸福，而我很难受
但你不知道我在想念

像两个湖，因一条相通的渠
平衡着爱大自然的高度
和根扎进大地的深度

相见很少也很难
像一座山只生长了一颗草
是我们共同的生命啊

○ Missing

You are missed by me
You should be happy, and I am very upset
But you don’t know that I am missing you

If you know, you will be more happy than me

○初冬，你的温暖开始了

一个下午，我都横躺在
成都最高的，一朵乌云上
仿佛，有声音对我说
想成为府南河里的一滴清水吗
云是水的魂，一首歌正唱响
我让太阳烤成肉串，等你
用目光抚摸另一朵乌云
却被尘埃挤兑
他们报复性地冲进我的咽喉
还让别人讽刺我，妻管严

开不开心，我在麻木
我还在昨晚肥女人挖的陷井里
面对满桌，脱光了的赤裸
珍贵的鱼穿上了猪网油的衣裳被蒸
土老鸭用几丝青葱作遮羞布
龙虾羞涩得一身通红……
只有人在酒精里，如醉虾活蹦乱跳
我才听得她说：为我开心你快乐，干杯
她自豪的举起胸前的红酒杯
让似血的红水浇上她野性的火焰
又伸过豪放的手来，朝我火上浇油
想把我从上到下为她烧成灰
要不是脚下狂野的土地被约束
又被文明之光照耀
发情的野马会让草木一夜难安

而此时，身欲静而思绪腾飞的孤独
让我无奈，难已将时光唤回
面对走来的冬天，都需要许多温暖
你个狗日的骚婆娘，告诉你
我的爱大过冬日的每一个太阳
但不会像夏天让人烦闷
此刻，你也会横躺在太阳里吗
来呵，横在云朵之上尽享风流

○In The Early Winter, Your Warmth Begins

In the whole afternoon, I am lying
On the tallest black cloud of Chengdu
As if there is a voice saying to me
That you want to be a drop of clear water in the Funan River, do you
The cloud is the soul of water, a song is singing
I let the sun roast into a skewer of meat to wait for you
I touched another black cloud with my eyes
But it was run by the dust
They rushed into my throat retaliately

Not happy, I am numb
I am still in the trap that the fat woman dug last night
Faced with a full table of naked bareness

○ I Miss You On A Rooted Cloud

I really can not sleep, I am lying on the high building of the city
On a rooted cloud, I’m think of how to love you
When the earthquake was shaking me

For I have you tomorrow, I am eager the darkness to be the daytime
I paved the unstoppable flying road by night
Thinking of past beauty is the happiest enjoyment of me

Waking up, I am waiting for you to come
Like a bee guarding the door of a flower
Waiting for blossoming of flowers to play beautiful notes
That grow a song of life
In the exciting rhythm, I reached out my hands and hugged
But picked up a bright red sun
I am not disappointed because I hugged
Your good sign for the year, that indicate

○A Storm Begins At The Artery

Always because of you
Thunder is the moment that comes to mind
Lightning silently finds the tunnel leading to you
The sky I imagine you is more darker, the road is more brighter

Missing is the soft and lingering of wind
Embracing the vegetation, and making people unable to refuse the desire
The clouds chasing thousands of miles
Finally found the heart of your arms
Sprinkling to your lips from a drop to a drop
To embrace you with enthusiasm
…and the stong rain come back again

○ There Are Lovers In The Depths Of The Years

To open the day a day after a day
Is to dress you one by one
Until your moving life
My first beautiful wishes

○Two Pieces Of Charcoal To Warm Together

When people are over fifty, they are at an age
The children and grandchildren become the sun in their hearts
When we are around, let’s sunbathe
In wind, frost, rain and snow
We just rely on the imagination to warm our hearts

The burning flame has become a memory
All that’s left is the slow fire
Only rely on ourselves to be strong
When we feel cold, the old couple are like two fires
Only two pieces of charcoal are heating together
To prolong our life time

○让一个花瓶在家里安静

那把泥土，养育过我

○ Let A Vase Be Quiet At Home

That soil, raised me

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poet, translator, and American English Legendary Poet. She graduated from English Institute of Xi’an International Studies University in English Literature. She is the founder of Sophy Poetry & World Translation Website, Sophy Poetry & Translation(C-E) World Poetry Paper Magazine and Sophy International Translation Publishing House, the president of Sophy Chen World Poetry Museum, the founder of Sophy Chen World Poetry Award. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005.
